This piece is created on a 11”x14” canvas that was sourced secondhand (hooray for sustainable creating!) and also features pieces of thrifted gems and jewelry to pose as bugs on the leaf. The intense texture in this creation was made by mixing shredded recycled paper, glue, and a bit of water and adding it to the canvas.
