The act of unlearning unhealthy behaviors and thinking patterns is NOT an easy one, but wow is it gratifying when those heavy burdens can finally be set down.
Many folks out there have grown up learning (either from our environment or the people around us) that we should try to make ourselves smaller, that a bigger body is inherently shameful, that our very existence is a burden to others. Even if all of that is TOTAL BS, it can still be a tough chore to believe you are allowed to take up space in this world - however you come. This design can serve as a little reminder of that if you need it.
